Wesley originally specialized in teaching Math in English for IB program (MYP, IBDP), AP, A-level, IGCSE…, but has now expanded to many other levels and subjects such as Science, English, Economics, Business, Computer Science… and preparation for international certificates such as SSAT, SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, GED…
2. What is the quality and experience of Wesley teacher’s team?
Most of Wesley’s teachers have a pedagogical background, are carefully selected for their expertise and qualifications, and are especially knowledgeable about the curriculum and are classified based on experience (new teachers, 2 years of experience, 5 years of experience, 10 years of experience…) as well as the language of instruction (100% in English, bilingual, taught in Vietnamese…).
3. Does the center have a fixed teacher?
At Wesley, each 1-on-1 class will be assigned a fixed teacher to ensure continuity in the learning path, as well as help teachers understand the abilities, personalities and learning styles of each student. Fixed teachers help the teaching process be consistent, monitor progress effectively and make appropriate adjustments for each learning stage.
4. If the learning is not suitable, can the teacher be changed?
In case the student or parent feels that the teacher is not really suitable, the center is willing to consider and support changing the teacher. In each learning package, the student can have a maximum of 1 teacher adjustment, after the center has specifically discussed and evaluated the reasons to ensure the change brings the best results.
5. Does Wesley have a commitment to learning outcomes?
The center commits 100% to the output results (passing scores) for students following the center’s roadmap and regulations. In general, after studying with the center, students who strictly follow the attendance and complete all homework can achieve the minimum passing score of international program exams.
6. How is the learning path for each student at Wesley built?
After discussing the learning situation and reviewing the transcript, or taking the entrance assessment (for international certificates), the center will analyze the results and then build a roadmap for each stage. During the course, students will have their roadmap adjusted if necessary. In particular, before the official start of the class, students will also be arranged to meet with teachers to discuss more specifically about the upcoming study plan.
7. What programs and textbooks does Wesley use to teach students?
The program and curriculum at Wesley are built on clear output standards and are suitable for each student’s needs, combining international documents that students are studying and internal learning resources compiled by the teaching staff, to ensure that they both adhere to the school’s curriculum and develop comprehensive academic thinking.
8. How will each lesson at Wesley take place?
Each lesson at Wesley is designed to both closely support classroom learning and ensure that students follow the path of personal capacity development. Specifically, in the first 15-30 minutes of the lesson, the teacher will check and support reporting of lessons, exercises or content being studied at school so that students always have a firm grasp of the core knowledge. For the remaining time in the lesson, the teacher will implement the content according to the personalized roadmap that has been built from the beginning to focus on developing skills, supplementing in-depth knowledge and practicing according to the output goals agreed with parents.
9. Does Wesley support writing essays, project assignments, presentations, experiments or preparing study abroad applications?
The center supports specialized academic courses such as IA or EE in the IB program as well as project assignments of other programs, and also supports completing study abroad application documents if students request.
10. Does Wesley organize mock exams for students and how close are they to the real exams?
The center regularly organizes mock exams according to the latest updates of real exams according to the students’ study stages. Because when studying with the center, students will have full lecture notes, do exercises and correct them in class, be assigned homework, practice sample exams and previous years’ exams, and have access to the center’s massive question bank.
11. How many sessions per week is enough to study with Wesley?
With a personalized curriculum for each student, the number of lessons per week is designed based on each student’s needs and goals, but the center recommends maintaining a minimum of 2 lessons/week for each subject to ensure optimal learning efficiency.
12. What is the scale and form of study at Wesley and is there home-based teaching?

Depending on each individual’s learning needs, students will choose the scale and form of study that best suits them. Currently, Wesley does not organize home-based classes, but if parents have a need to study at home, the center can still consider arranging depending on the distance and the teacher’s available schedule. In that case, there will be a travel fee calculated based on the student’s location and the teacher’s travel time.
13. So what is the study time at Wesley?
Studying time with Wesley is arranged flexibly but is recommended based on the center’s official study time frames as follows:

- 09:00 – 10:30
- 10:30 – 12:00
- 13:30 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 16:30
- 16:30 – 18:00
- 18:00 – 19:30

14. In addition to teaching international programs and certificates, does Wesley organize any other courses?
Wesley offers a variety of different courses based on the needs of learners. In addition to international programs and certificates, the center also offers training courses for teachers of Math and Science in English for teachers who have the need and orientation to develop in the field of international education.
15. For teacher training courses, does Wesley issue certificates after completing the course?
After completing the teacher training course at Wesley, students will be awarded a certificate of course completion issued by the center. This is a certificate that records the learning process, assessment results and capacity achieved after the training course. Wesley does not issue practice certificates or pedagogical certificates. The center’s certificate is meant to affirm professional competence and teaching skills within the scope of Wesley’s training, and students can use it to supplement their career profile.
16. How do parents monitor their children’s learning progress?
Wesley provides teaching diaries after each lesson and periodic learning reports by stage, so they can closely monitor their children’s learning process. In addition, if any problems arise that require immediate support, parents can always contact the academic affairs department directly to discuss and update their children’s learning situation.
17. What is special about Wesley’s tuition policy compared to other centers?
Tuition at Wesley is divided into study hour packages (6 hours, 12 hours, 36 hours, 60 hours…) but based on the experience and teaching language of the teachers, emphasizing teaching quality above all. In particular, before registering for an official study package, parents can let students experience a free trial lesson with the center to check the teaching quality and suitability.
18. How is tuition paid at Wesley and can tuition be paid monthly or in installments?
Currently, Wesley applies a tuition payment policy according to registered study hour packages (6 hours, 12 hours, 36 hours, 60 hours…) and paid in one go by bank transfer or cash before starting the course, so monthly or in installments payment is not currently available.
19. If you want to stop studying in the middle of a course or your study plan changes, how will Wesley handle it?
Students are allowed to reserve their study time when they notify Wesley before the class starts:
* 03 hours before the class starts for classes taking place during the week (from Monday to Friday).
* 06 hours before the class starts for classes taking place on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
For other policies of suspending or changing the class schedule, transferring or transferring tuition fees, they will be applied depending on the service package the student chooses when registering to study with the center.
20. After registering for a course, if parents still need support to answer questions about policies and study regulations, what is Wesley’s care and consulting service?
Wesley interacts with parents and students through the center’s official communication platforms from Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 18:30 and Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00.
In addition, the center also supports responding to messages outside of business hours until 21:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday), helping parents and students to receive timely and convenient answers when they need support.
